White Cheddar Popcorn: A Healthy Snack That Satisfies Cravings

I eat a bag of Nutrisystem’s White Cheddar Popcorn when I’m looking for a small snack to keep my hunger pangs at bay between lunch and dinner and have a craving for something cheesy and crunchy.

One of my dietary goals is to stick to eating foods which contain natural ingredients, so I love that I can understand each of the ingredients on my packet of popcorn. Examples of which include popcorn, vegetable oil, cheddar cheese powder and buttermilk powder.
